This policy explains what information SparkleBots collects through this website, why we collect it and how we keep it safe.
When you submit an enquiry, franchise application, career application or internship registration, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, organisation, the role or product you are interested in, your message and — for job and internship applications — the CV file you choose to upload.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, share proposals or quotations, evaluate applications, and keep you informed about the specific programme you enquired about. We do not sell your data.
Uploaded CVs are stored in private, access-controlled storage and shared only with the SparkleBots hiring team. Applications and CVs are routed to vinay@sparklebots.com. You may ask us to delete your CV at any time.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve navigation. Analytics cookies collect anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and time on page. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal or accounting obligations. Application records are retained for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future openings.
Our site links to third-party platforms including onjobinternship.com and YouTube. Those platforms have their own privacy policies which govern any data you share with them.
Programme enquiries for minors should be submitted by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us. We will action verified requests within a reasonable period.
